This study aimed to develop a valid android-based Assessment-Link application help pre-service biology teachers practice skills of cognitive test questions based on Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy. The development procedure the used Kemp, Morrison, and Ross’ instructional design consisting nine stages namely problems, learner characteristics, task analysis, objectives, content sequencing, strategies, designing message, instruction, evaluation instruments. In this study, there were six learning assessment experts from Indonesia Malaysia universities involved in assessing quality application. was carried out three aspects including content, design, engagement. result form an product that contained several features tutorial, introductory menus, Taxonomy materials, materials criteria how write good questions, exploration, interactive quiz, task. validity showed all very category.
